PSC reservoir for the Hydroboost. Somehow all that stuff is gonna fit in there...

Don't know that I'll get a lot done this weekend cuz of work but the plan is to finish the front suspension up to the shock hoops. Bring on the beer!

        • Dude. I thought my fenders were mod enough. But I pale in comparison to you to and Chuck. I can hardly wait to see this beast in action.

It's not a matter of inspiration, it's a matter of time.

                • uses the powersteering pump to activate a brake booster instead of a vacuum brake booster. find them on 1 ton pickups and vans

                    • Got off work earlier than I thought today, so got to get down and dirty with my girl.
The front control arms are made, the frame frenched, brackets made and front axle is mocked up at ride height.

This pic is at lower than ride height. It is about three inches lower here; just checking clearances.

So far the steering is not being difficult. Everything is lining up and clearing like I planned.

                      Already off camber...

If you don't get this POS running soon you can kiss my furry...

                            • HAd to work again today but still got some stuff done. Didn't get where I wanted to be on Friday (work stinks).

Had to go through a few versions of the Frame end UCA/LCA mount on the front. The first was too cumbersome, the second, just plain stupit. THe third was the charm. Some of you may recognize a similarity to the Genright UCA mount. Hmmm... Same concept, not the same factory look! I gotta get me a laser pattern cutter.

Frenched frame allows the JJ to be all the way up in the frame, hiden from rocks

                              • These plates tie in to the LCA mounts and also to the new frame sections. One on each side, 1/4 plate.

Plenty of separation, and everything clears. So far so good.
