On the contrary! Looks like you've added some shelves and that floor took a bit of a beating!

Rig looks awesome, and your stance looks pretty much unchanged. Heck of a job Kurt!

• Looks great, Kurt. It may not look much different, but I bet it will feel like a whole new Jeep out on the trails. Very nice work!

• Sweet deal Kurt, looks great, did you add wheel spacers?
The tires look like they stick out more, also any taller and the garage comes out with it:oops:

Yep. 1.5" per wheel

It only looks that way. Plenty of head room in the garage still. I still don't have anything in the Jeep yet. Once I get everything back in it will sit down some more.

Mat,
It is exactly that switch. It's a cut off for the winch.

• So you run your winch wiring through the PDC? Also, I believe that HF switch is rated at 100 amps, yet the information I found on my warn xd9000i says it draws 180 amps. It's the reason I bought some HUGE anderson powerpoles for the wiring, which I haven't set up yet.

What I bought:

I found those when buying anderson powerpoles for all my ham wiring, (which I'm using for pretty much everything now).

Damn those Warns pull a lot of amps. My SUPERWINCH pulls under 100 amps even at 100% duty cycle. Never had a problem with it, but after the infamous fire at JV I decided to put a cut out in the system. The HF switch works great for my application.

Ah, didn't realize your superwinch pulled such little current. Or should I say, I didn't realize the warn pulled such a huge amount of current comparatively.

I wasn't going to mention the fire (I wasn't there, but it sure has been mentioned quite a few times) so I'm glad somebody did. Thanks Duke!

I realized just how much current my Warn pulled after the the time we were moving some rocks and my battery looked like it was going to die!

It's really about 1/4" of clearance. Plenty of room...

Got the rear axle set at the final position. 102" wheel base will be the final measurement. I'll have pics up Sunday of all the stuff I'm doing this weekend.
