  • Jurt for the diam of the master cylinder pistons/ cups just take it of the booster and measure, if all else fails you can remove the clip that holds everything in. But you should not have to.
Kurt, I have a used brake master cyl that came of a C30 Chevy dually with a hydroboost, that should take care of all your braking needs. I would worry more about the stock calipers spreading/ flexing

    • Rear set up is mocked up just a few tweaks and it'll be ready to burn in.

        • I'm not sure the size bore, but the HB was installed by Van and his brother on my CJ. My brakes were four wheel disc with Explorer brakes in the back. I ran a proportioning valve, without one the rears would lock up. It's already set for HA steering, I had the Tommy Lee set up. I had 37's MTR's and it had more stopping power than I ever needed.

                • Just got finished bendng the main hoops for the roll cage. Only took a few pics for now. I'll admit I screwed up the second bend and wasted a stick of tube. I should learn to work first and talk :poop: with the neighbor after. But the hoops turned out nice. They fit perfect and will tie in to the frame real nice. I'll have detail pics later this week.

Don't flame me for the gap in the B pillar. It's a test peice

What are you using for material on the cage? How did you plan out the cage? Pencil/Paper, software, eyeballin'?

I feel your pain. Wait till you get to the front. Think of it this way you could have a CJ with less room between the frame.

                          Looking good.

                              • Well, because the weather is coming back in again I had to race home tonight and get the DS Hoop done for the Roll cage. Got it bent, cut and fit in in about an hour. Also bent my hoops for the front shocks, and a couple of peices for the roll cage. Only took a few pics tonight but will keep them coming as I build.
