          • I'm just play'n devil's advacate here.

If I remember correctly, you needed the rear flares, cuz of the law. Do you think your gonna have any issues with the law, cuz the rear of the flare doesn't go to the bottom of the tub? The reason some people are told to add mud flaps is cuz the too much of the rear of the tire is exposed.

BTW, your flares are nice. Great style for a stretched set-up.
It was like that when I got here.

              No problem Devil...
I have a mount that fits on the bumper that accepts a mud flap attachment, but to answer your question, I had it inspected at the La Habra Police Dept. It passed. But I wont hold my breath...

              • The whole mudflap thing comes into play for chucking small rocks up and of course rain roostertails. Small rocks being fired at traffic behind you probably being the biggest reason the CHP would love to bother you. One of the reasons I like the the flares on the front of my put put. When cruising at speed on dirt roads those front tires love shooting small rocks inside.

                  • ...and you painted them black! I really like them. What is the going rate to get A-HOLE FAB to make another set? From the photos it looks like your set would fit my Jeep perfectly.

                      • Those are sweet rear fenders, very nice job. Did you build those fronts too, or are they MC's.

                        • Built the flares only. won the inners at FITD 2008. But I'm now making a set of Highlines for the Rat and these Rev knockoffs will go bye bye.

I had to order some aluminum sheet for your fenders so it will be a week before I can start on them. As soon as they are ready I'll give you a call.
