No, we won't be able to come out tomorrow. Sandy (me) and Sean are sick with cold's and we're both feeling miserable. I hope to be feeling well soon I better be since I always get sick at Christmas time

Crickett lost her line... and climbed a tree.....
(pictures to come...Imagestation is down )

She layed BlackJack down on his side.

And somehow managed to come up with a smile on her face.

The Jeep has some minor damage, we righted it quickly, and continued on the trip

And we're out to go wheeling again today...whos coming?

Well unfortunately i didn't run into any of you with the group i was with. We didn't see any other people actually which rather suprised me, we normally run into others along the way.

We started off alittle after 9am, we all met at the main campsite aired down, unpinned...etc and headed out.

We began our morning doing Appian Way and Old Mine Road and then moved to Which Way Hill, Ball Bearing Hill, 3 Sisters Peaks, Bobsled Run and Tobogan Run. Around 2pm we moved to 4 Corners and did Lady Bug Lane and finished our day doing Dangerous Road.

We rolled out of LCIR alittle after 5pm. We stopped back at the main camp site because one of the guys in our group had towed his Willys up with his Land Rover. The main campsite was empty i believe there was a Cherokee parked nearby, but it was unattended.

This was one of the best trips at LCIR i've been on. I suffered the only damage and it was very minor. I dented one of my sidestep flares when i rubbed a tree in a tight spot. It caused a small rip in the plastic, but the flare was easily pulled out (no damage to the body at all). I'm getting rid of those sidesteps anyhow for some rockguards so now i have justification to make the purchase!

We did run into a parked Bronco on one of the trails that we later learned had broke when it's fan broke and threw itself into its radiator. The Bronco was one of the guys from Socal Bronco's that was up there with a few other Bronco's. One of my buddies with a 66' Bronco is in that club and ended up wheeling with them instead of our group. He passed the info on the brokedown Bronco to us over the cb.

Our group ended up consisting of 8 vehicles. (4 TJ's, 3 YJ's and a Willys). We only had to do some minor tow strapping we never even had to break out the winches which was a suprise. It must have rained recently up there traction was excellent.

All in all we had a great trip i just wish we had ran into some of you along the way.
