green top is a cover and green bottom is a skid flat with frame.

"Flat with the frame". I like that idea, it doesnt take up the whole bed of the jeep. Make sure you post pic of the room you gained underneath when its finished.

any one have any ideas on using the stock roll over valves?

When I used to race ......... It is common to use a PCV valve for a roll over valve on the breather side of the tank.
