Looks awesome! I like the "low," stretched route you're going. That's exactly what I had in mind for my fenders, btw. The one thing I see that concerns me is your shock hoop mount to the frame. I think that's going to create a stress moment that will cause them to fail. What I'm talking about is all that leverage of those long, beautiful shock hoops (put a garter belt on one, wouldn't you?) is going to be focused against that one small mounting area. You don't want that to break when you're hauling ass. I'd gusset and brace those things up every way I could--up high and down low.
