I'm still in for arriving Thursday AM. Sharon will drive the truck out Friday night after work.
Sergio text me and said that he would be there Thursday AM also.
I have the route and waypoints for a trail called Diamondback. Other than it is supposed to be a hardcore trail and has a sexy name, I only know what I can see from the track. It is a 9.6 mile trail with just a 4.5 mile loop that looks like it is the tough part from what I can see from satellite image.
It might be a little far out though. The trailhead is only 3.6 miles from Lake Havasu City.
I also will bring the Arizona - Charles Wells book.
Hey! and Roberto! Great Vids! It's been a while since I have seen them. Thanks for posting the links.Last edited by Mike; 03-18-13, 09:33 PM.[COLOR=#ff8c00]MYJEEP(crawls)ROCKS(again).com

Hi guys, thought I would chime in here. If you're thinking of camping at the open area on the right just past the start of Presidents Choice be advised that its a busy shooting area on the weekends. If you go a little further to the top of the rise there are lots of flat areas that can handle large groups. A plus is that it's on the road to Desert Bar. Keep in mind that Desert Bar opens at noon and closes at 6pm, bands stop playing at 5pm. Have a great trip!
