rebuilding the cherokee-again

i figured id throw some pics of what ive been up to, work is slow, and its too hot to go work on the jeep,
im doing a 79 front 60 and 14 bolt rear, dana 300 flipped, twin sticked t/c, for now, four linking the rear, rebuilding the front three link, frame stiffeners, and cutting the rockers to mount sliders in there place, engine cage and coilovers all the way around!!!!plans are 40s with 538's,,,,,,
heres a pic of its last little trip,

and after the axle removal

got the axles front came from MO. rear i found in apple valley, from another local jeeper..they both needed complete rebuilds, which is a job in its self, i had no idea,

after cleaning the axles up a bit i decided to shave the pig14 bolt, holy moly,,

got it cleaned up a bit

cut the plate, and ground down the ring gear, that was a JOB, but i needed to get the ring gear to size so i know how much to have my 538s machined,,

didnt take to many more pics of the rear, but here it is after i welded the truss and modded the dif cover to fit the shave.

cut rockers, everything is rough, im doing 100 things at a time, i like a clean rig and thats what im shooting for with the finished product,,ive got lots of work to do..LOL

Dang Kevin....that is some nice work. I like the .375 wall extreme overkill links. When you are finished can I drop my Jeep off at your house for a month or two?
