White Mountain starts (or ends if running it from our end) on 3N16 just west of John Bull exit. It runs up over what I presume is, well, white mountain, and heads down toward 3N14 north of Big Pine Flat. It's kinda bumpy because a significant portion of the trail is over broken limestone (hence the white mountain). There are a couple of interesting spots, but overall I don't remember it being very tough.

MY SELF AND PAUL WITH THE RED YJ WERE THINKING OF DOING 2N17X FROM THE GRAPE VINE ITS OPEN TO UP TO DEEP CREEK. OR WITH THIS GROUP HEADDING OUT WE MIGHT MEET UP WITH YOU GUYS AT THE VONS. THE LAST TIME I DID JOHN BULL IT WAS VERY EASY ANTD IT WAS RAINING AND SNOWING AT THE TIME. I HOPE IT HAS GOTTEN A LITTLE FUNNER SINCE. ANY HOW MOST LIKLY WE WILL BE UP THERE TOO. SO IT IS THE VONS AT 9AM ??? IF SO I WILL SEE YOU GUYS SOON

Rick you know I would but I spent and trying to save some more money so I can put gas in the boat . we went to the river a few weeks ago ,and at $2.40 a gallon it takes a little bit of cha ching to go down river .
but anyways you never know I just might show up
