Went wheeling by myself (bad idea) and slipped in a big muddy rut that burried my axle. Doesent look that bad but with open diffs there was no traction at all. Had to walk to home about an hour in the rain. Left it there overnight and recovered it with a toyota the next morning.

This poor jeeper was right behind me crossing the river at San Gabrial OHV. I made it, then crossed back over downstream to try and help!





He lost the front end trim, bumper, and got water in the motor!!

If your going to wheel.....buy tow hooks!!!

i know this isnt a jeep but me and a buddy were messin around and its starts here then the front end slid off to this
we tried to turn left and go up the little mound or what ever and the tires just spun and the whole front end slid down apparently someone forgot to shut the front passenger door all the way and we were getting water in the cab. when we got it back we took all the carpet out and left his car on for an housr with the windows up and the heater on to dry it out. It took us 3 days to fully dry out so we finally said screw it and got new carpet liner.

my story is.. that kirk went through the puddle first.. and i was right behind him. then.. when i was about 1/3 into it.. kirk said 'stop i wanna take a picture' well. stupid me, actually stopped.. loss of momentum meant i couldnt get over that log. There was a pretty deep chughole on the drivers side, needed the strap for about 2 seconds, but oh well.
