          Thanks everybody :yay:

They took a lot of work but it was well worth it.

I am now kicking around design ideas for the rear

                    That IS a good idea.

The crushers are a bit bloody expensive: $281 std and $368 big opening.

I plan to go with the trail corners at $144 and make my own side plates. I already have the steel left over from the front.

Then bend tube to match the front, same angles etc....

Right now I'm in the cardboard/masking tape phase :yay:

                      Here's my cost est:

                      tube $35
                      plate $65
                      bending 3hrs
                      cut/weld/grind repeat 36hrs (2 peeps x 3 days x 6 hrs)

I know that sounds like an insane amount of time but it includes measuring, swearing, screwing up, chasing the dogs, fluid breaks etc...

Work on the rear fenders has started :yay:

I messed around with masking tape and made a template out of masonite for the plasma cutter. Then I fired up the angle grinder and starting cutting

I didn't want to just cut the :poop: out of it and make a big ugly mess. I wanted to match the angles we used at the front and leave some extra room in the rear for when I get round to moving the axle back

The corner of my Toys by Troy rear bumped had to go. I was a little unsure about it because the corner tube has saved body damage on a few occasions. However, clearance has increased by about 4" vertically and 3" horizontally. Maybe I can trim a little more off

Now I am waiting on the PSC corners.

Here's today's report. I bent the tubing. I didn't get the bends exactly where I intended but both sides are the same.
