I dunno about the rear flares you got there.....personally I would attach them with something other than duct tape.

      :poop:

                The project continues....

Today we installed the PSC corners and cut plate for the sides. PSC powder coat is good shite - it was a pisser to grind off!!

Then we tacked on stand-offs and the tube :yay:

Then the skin went on (that's David in action, thanks man)

                All tacked up woo hoo

Final weld and clean up tomorrow.

                    Today was welding/grinding and welding/grinding and welding/grinding and welding/grinding and welding/grinding

However, the result is pretty bloody good - The dogs bollocks, so to speak.

Well, I guess it is better to have your tail light held on with duct tape rather than the tube....but it is still kinda "redneckie"

                      nice work!

The passenger side was pretty mangled so getting anything flat and square to fit was a challenge.

Plus this was not the final fit - it got better with a little tweaking.

                            Final pics soon, stand by!!!

Took a little ride out into the Sonoran Desert today. We found some Indian ruins - very cool.

Anyway, here's some pics of the final install.
