    TIA

          Yes we have no fenders

I wanted to leave the inner fender in place. So I cut judiciously, expecting to trim more off when I knew what I was doing.

I started with the Poison Spider design and then made some changes. The flare will not go all the way to the bottom of the sill, it will stop about 4" short, just above the rock rail.

Cardboard mock-up of course and a couple of

Then I bent some tube, woo hoo. 1.25" 11ga - hydraulic bender :yay:

Piece of :cake: once I got the hang of it. :homer:

                    Looks great Aston!

If it were me, for added strength, I would probably add a little tube between the outside and the inner ones, right where it start to bend down (near the middle of the hood).

But that looks like it'll take a hellova beating!

                      Very Very Nice!

Question do you have offset rims? Looks like you added a bit more from original outward fendor position.

                        Thanks!

                        All rims are offset, no?

                        Sorry I can't help being a wiseass.

Those are Jeep Sarah Edition 8" rims w 5" BS and 2" spacers. The centerline of the tire is in the same place as my old 10" rims w 4" BS. The difference is my old steelies were not round and the alloys are.

It's fun to show off the tubes but the first mud hole is gonna be ugly

                          A lot!

It's not gonna be the mud hole that does you in....it's gonna be the first time you run down Price Rd, or Cottonwood rd, or Reddington Rd after a rain that is gonna make you wish you would have skinned those things. Then they are gonna rust, and you are going to wish you would have painted them too.

Price is soon forgotton, quality is not.

Also when it gets dark, you'd also wish you had wired those IPC lights to SOMEWHERE
