I think it is an orange county thing,... up here in the high desert when i wave most people wave back or they wave at me first. My finding has also been this, mostly the people with jeeps that are stock could care less while most with the jeeps that are modified/upgraded wave.

that's the way it seems to be here, no one in a stock jeep will wave. but if the jeep is modified, they wave.

now back east where i grew up, everyone waved. no matter what you drove.

          • Corona here! I sold the family long travel sand rail to buy and build the Jeep. I figured the the family would get more time in the Jeep than the rail. I have realized how quickly out of hand these things can get. I'm having to control myself not to throw stacks of cash at the Jeep and build it all at once. I guess as time goes on I'll figure out what's needed and what's bling.

                    • Howdy, I'm in Canyon Country, Ca. Near Six Flags.
I've got a 5" procomp coil conversion & 33x12.5 BFG AT's, the rest is stock.
I'm lookin for family friendly fun, to get the wife and kids out doors more, and my jeep sees way to much pavement. Looks like alot of you are nearby, the next meet & greet is right down the street, so this might be a good start.
