And then it will be - "I need 35's"
and a bigger lift to fit them, and upgrade the axles, then ...........

      It's an addiction.

Yes I have heard from other jeepers that once you get going on the mods...it never ends!! So, I think I know where all my spare money is going now!! Hubby wants me to get 33's. He thinks that will be enough for me to handle. He also wants me to go stainless steel on the mirrors, tie down kit, door hinges, etc...oh and I want new fender flairs, side bars, and a chrome gear shift knob...oh and the bumpers too. The problem is I wanted it done YESTERDAY!!!

I wouldn't go stainless, or chrome. I guess it depends on your area. If you have that stuff out here, then odds are you're not a "real trail Jeep."

I guess I am still learning, which is ok with me. Does stainless not do well when you trail ride? I mean I like the mirrors and other stuff in black that came with my TJ. My hubby says whichever one I decide is my choice.

a lot of people think it just looks too [bling bling]. they make up sayings about it and everything. chrome wont get you home... stuff like that. there is nothing "wrong" with it... it is preferance. do what you like.
by the way.... i dont lik it either
                  but that is just me.

neither chrome nor stainless help off road and on the trail. "Chrome dont getcha home" comes to mind. I'd prend your hard earned money on parts that contribute to off road performance. Thats my opinion. Oh, and this goes for anything tubular
