I figure better late than never!

I didn't find any restrictions on vehicle quantity either, but I know all vehicles must be off the road/trail, and you can't park on top of any vegetation (shrubs, etc). I'd call the RS and ask on this one.

Campfires must be in the fire rings, and a fire permit is required

Forest Adventure Pass must be displayed on every vehicle parked.

              lol...that makes for a pretty brief meet-n-greet...

As for the date...there have been so many bounced around here in the past three pages, I can't really determine if a date has been agreed upon...:dunno: I'll keep checkin' in!

Weve had a dozen up there before

I dont think that they'd give us a hard time, as long as we dont block the trail...would THEY? :-p

A lot would depend on how busy of a weekend it is, if it's not crowded it wouldn't be the issue it would if it were packed.

Tam on the other hand would get harassed by THEM just on "general principles" even with 7 people and 1 vehicle

                        AUGUST 18TH, 19TH & 20TH.

Now, if everyone's rigs aren't too mangled from the Rubi and the Sierra Trek do we think we can agree on this date? I'd like to set it in stone to get some vacation papers turned into the command to make the run. It'll probably be denied, but... I can only try. I just need solid DATES.

                        Please help.

Those dates work for me...I just got back from the con and need to make some repairs. (2) broken birfields, (1) spindle, (1) hub, a blown front lock right, a bent steel wheel, and a 35" MTR replaced.

All in favor of August 19 and 20th speak up
