I'm still up for heading out there on the 26th, even if there's not that much snow. But if we're goign to try and go again in february with possibly more snow, I might wait until february instead of the 26th. Since it's like a 3 hour drive for me.Redneck Driveway Fab

I'd be in for the 26th. The jeep should be ready by then (thanks Kurt) and it'll be that last weekend of my vacation"A nation that makes a great distinction between its scholars and its warriors will have its laws made by cowards and its wars fought by fools" -Thucydides

I'm still in. We'll be at the Gold Mtn trailhead at 10a assuming we can find our way there. I've forgotten how to get to most of the trails in that area. Looks like I'll have a full Jeep with my sister, wife, and a friend from Irvine up to ride along. I may toss the keys over to one of them for some of the driving as well. Gold Mtn is an easier trail if I recall properly. Is this accurate?
Kevin, and whomever else, we'll plan to stop by that AMPM that morning around 9:15 or 9:30 to top off the tanks and grab a few gallons of coffee. Looking forward to a good day of wheeling!USMC F&AM

TipsE-Z and whoever else is unsure of where trail head is Ill go ahead and meet you all at AMPM around 9:15 to 9:30, Im sure my wife would love a foo foo coffee to warm her up too.. Then we can head over and meet up with the rest of group at Gold Mtn. Yer right Gold Mtn is one of the easier trails I think but fun, could be interesting in a few spots depending on how much snow melts by then pretty warm up here last two days.I did it just the way you told me too!!!
