            Trails

            Just talked to Ranger at Big Bear Visitors center and trails on the south side of the lake are open.

            Roger there are 3 2Meter Repeaters in Big Bear which one are you monitering.

                    I ran Clarks Summit last week and everything was open. Here's the trails we ran...

                    Starting on 1N45 across the street from the South Fork campground on HWY 38. (1N04 @ the 38 is open too)
                    NW on 1N45 to the 1N04 intersection.
                    NW on 1N04 to 2N06.
                    N on 2N06 to 2N10.
                    W on 2N10 to 1N54.
                    S on 1N54 to Seven Oaks Rd.(paved)to Glass Rd, south back to HWY 38.

                    I would like to go again this Sat, but I have neglected hunny do's from last week ... have fun !!

                            Any of the fires where were are going? Wife is down the hill right now and says she can see smoke and smell it.

                            As for weather, it should be 77-87* around 6000ft.
