Cleghorn is a ton of fun, I've run it many many times. I train my newbie's in the Land Rover club on that run a few times a year. I just ran it two weeks ago with some folks from my office that have never gotten their shiny new SUV's dirty before. They were fine.
Last year, my wife ran it in a new rental JK with tiny little street tires, and it did the entire trail, all the offshoots, even the hard one that is 90 degrees to the road and has great big gullies that eat lesser vehicles, no problems.
Here is a map of Cleghorn:
The little play area near the powerline tower is fun, and offers a great place to hold a 4x4 training class (don't forget TreadLightly!)
Remember that the bypass on the right of the last big hill is ILLEGAL.
The whole trail is a fire road. All the "difficult" stuff is optional. I would tell you that you would have no problems but last time that didn't work so well. :hide:
As long as I can find rear shocks by then, I'm in!
Both of my rear shocks are busted! Rubicon express 3.5 monotubes. Anyone selling any rear shocks for an 02 TJ for a 3.5" lift? Preferebly Rubicon Express but at this point I'll settle for anything (money's a little tight right now).
Would that have anything to do with 1500lbs of tile and carpet?? lol
2200 lbs of tile in the back of the Jeep was a bad idea = never again. The Jeep bottomed out and both reasr shocks are destroyed. I drove it yesterday and the rear is jumping around all over the place.

I'm pretty new to the Jeep'n world, but I think if you are bottoming out and damaging your shock, you've got an issue with shocks that are too long, or bumpstops are not set correctly.
