Sorry to OT This thread, but how about the yearly, Magazine sponsored, JV Clean Up they usually do early in the year? Anyone heard about That one yet?

I guess so, but I thought they also did one the year after that too. Wasn't it also put on by the Tin Benders club?

With all the attention JV has gotten lately, it sure would be a good time to get out there and work the area again. Definately a good opportunity to further spread the word about what might happen there too.

In '06 they did one in Stoddard Valley. AFAIK Tin Benders weren't involved. Either VV4W or IE4W cooked in '05, I can't remember.

I went tot he Calico Cleanup website, which this year has not been giving out much info, and it seems to be offline, Is this event still going on?

As far as I know its still in the planning stages. It will probably be mid to late March or Early April.

thanks, I was worried, It is one of the best things in SoCal for everyone to get hands on time with. I think that we all need to be behind this event 100 percent, no matter what that means your personal involvement is.
