Los Coyotes Re-Run, 13-14 Dec?

ok... well, we missed the los coyotes run this weekend. i heard there was some interest in running it again on the following weekend. anyone up for this? i'd like to get out with the family, and both jeeps. i'll be waiting for the trail report from the last los coyotes run! looks like it must have been a damn good time for some, and a real learning experience for others. "my kind of run"!
anyway... who's up for back to back weekends?
if there is no interest in re-running this one... post some other ideas. i'd like something mediocre in difficulty so i can challenge myself, but wont be outside a newbies capabilities

i'm thinking of going to big bear orthis los coyotes run.. what do you think?

Myself and a bunch of the Trail Crew guys will be in Big Bear on the 13th, we are meeting at IHOP at 7:30 for breakfast, and will be leaving to hit the trails at 9:00. You're more than welcome. Trails have yet to be decided, we normally decide that day based on the vehicles and drivers experience.

I think I am going to sit a few out. I have to save some money and I want to get a few parts that could save me some grief later. Looks like next year for me. Have fun...bring back pics.

Oh, if you do Los Coyotes...the map and trail marking is terrible. I wanted to call it Lost Coyotes.

It was coldish. Not too bad, but a little cold for my nipples. It was really foggy and a little rainy Sunday. There is some Awesome Wheeling there, you'd really enjoy it.

looks plenty campable to me.. but if my wife finds it unsuitable... how far from the trail is a motel?
are you interested in camping?

I would say 30-45 mins, on average, away from Temecula. I wouldnt camp, I'll stay at Tams place.

Well my group talked at work today about another trip to LCIR. We have one guy who needs to finish his Jeep off this weekend (we just installed a Currie 9" in it) and a few of the others already have plans for this weekend so we are planning a trip the following weekend.

We are going to go again on the 20th (Saturday). Some of us might even camp over through Sunday. If anyone wants to go on the 20th we will have 5-8 Jeeps up there. We'd like to meet up and wheel with all of you we were all hoping to last weekend, but we never ran into any of you.
