32" MTs and he still could not climb the hill.
We hit some 30" to 36" drifts farther up the trail. Even the rigs that had chains on all 4 tires got stuck.
Sometimes the snow wins. :sad:Money pit!

Ok, as far as a date - it will most likely be the weekend of the 12th (we're teaching a class on the 5th, and the 19th is Steph's birthday)
You're going to need at least a rear locker, depending on how much snow we get between now and then, locked both ends would be better. Some decent ground clearance. Bear in mind the snowy sections of this trail drop off _severly_ downslope, and the trail was pretty rutted out before the snow hot.
Positive anchor points front and rear - no exceptions. Every rig has a CB - no exceptions.
Chains if you want - I haven't owned a set in almost 10 years. If we hit a spot where I think I need to chain up 37's - I'm turning around.Jeff

Front and rear locker-check
cb-check
front & rear tow points-check
The last time I wheeled in the snow chains would have been nice-there was a layer of ice under the 1/2" of snow that the wheels would just spin on--I think that in that instance chains would have helped.Money pit!
