there are a number of folks on bbs that are at risk with their homes.
i hears stevensons ranch is on fire as well. Brian, i hope things are ok up there for you. i'll give you a call in a bit.

Three families I know have been evacuated from the San Diego area fires, and two more may soon be. If there is anything we can do to help those affected, please let us know.

I'm currently working on setting up a special rate at my hotel for families that need a place to stay. I hear that a lot of hotels are sold out. If any one knows any body that needs a place to stay please let me know and I will do what I can. The hotel is in Long Beach.
Update:
I have just been informed that we can offer a discount up to 50%-75% for any evacuees. I have also contacted some of my sister hotels and they are offering the same.

They are in the process of setting up the Victorville Fairgrounds for evacuees. The Red Cross is taking names & phone #'s of people who wish to volunteer their services or just to help out wherever needed. I already signed up. If anyone else is interested, you can call 760-245-6511. They will take your info and call you if you are needed.

Yikes! The planes have been flying overhead which is good news. Did you have to leave Allen? Where are you at?

yeah well i was in Riverside at my house when the evacuations started yesterday, my mom and my brother were evacuated from our house on Nob Hill in Running Springs so they are staying with me in Riverisde for the time being.

Apparently the fire just started hitting my street and one house has burt down. So we'll keep hopin, but it doesnt look good.

Thanks for all the kind words and offers guys i appreciate it. Ill keep you posted as i find out more.
