    Alright...under pressure I have folded!

Now these here are the two websites that are the secret to my success cooking under the stars or around a campfire. Guaranteed to place shame on anyone claiming fame on a meal. These will fill more than a belly on a cold night and make others wonder why the left overs are gone.

Sweet, thanks for all the recipes, I hadn't come across those sites yet. Here's the one I made last night:

        Sarah's Two Cheese Bowtie Pasta

        1 pound lean ground beef
        2 jars of Prego
        1 small container of ricotta
        1/2 cup parmesan
        1 egg
1 small box/bag of (uncooked) bowties

Brown meat. Combine 1 jar of Prego and mix well. Spread bowties evenly over sauce. Combine parmesan, egg and ricotta in a bowl. Pour over bowties, spread evenly. Add second jar of sauce to top. Cover and simmer 35-40 minutes. Check temperature/simmering occasionally. Sprinkle with extra paremesan to serve.

Ok Sarah, I see a stove in the last picture. I think if you need to dig a hole in the yard and prepare all these trial meals like you were camping.

I think I will have to pick one of these things up. After enjoying Mark's great chicken dinner on the Aug BB trip, my kids are bugging me to get one. I think I will. It just might make camp food fun again.
