            Cool deal Brian!

Don't discount new houses (if there are any developements in the area you want). Believe it or not, it was cheaper for me to buy new than a resale. Good luck man!

Get one with plenty of space in the backyard, so we can park our Jeeps back there...

                            prereq's:
garage must have 220v/100A service, hard airlines plumbed, heater/AC, stereo, sealed and levelled concrete floor, overhead engine hoist.

home must have passive infrared alarm system, plenty of spare sock storage, and bedroom equipped with california king water bed and strobelights.

Call Reni Rose (she found us our home and also for my in-laws too) at 626-355-1600 if interested in Pasadena, SoPas, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, San Marino, or Monrovia area. She might not be able to find a place with strobelights though.

i'll get you a pm right away.
it is my aunt and uncle. they are both gold medal prudential realtors. they will take great care of you. be sure to let them know you are my friend. i'll let them know to expect your call as well.
220 in the garage is not a big deal. as long as the existing service is big enough, i can help you with that one
