I've seen the way Russ baby's that Jeep of his . . . after hearing from Rick about how that skid held up, it's definitely on my list.
That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.

Well if that's the skid Russ run's with I'm glad I got one. Russ hits everything :0 He knows I mean this in a good way. Russ runs around on 31's w/minimal lift on trails with most of on 33's or larger and usually makes it through. There's your "open on 31's" tester. Plus have you seen some of his post?

I'm getting ready to install mine and will post up. The painting part is complete.

and so is the $269 price.

We just got back from the Rubicon and I figured I should post an update. We were very loaded with 2 people, 2 dogs and a weeks work of food, camping and cooking supplies. The skid held up extremely well.

Sure looks better than my poor old stock gas tank cover after Big Sluice!

Go to Gen-right's site or call them. They now offer their tanks with aluminum skids instead of steel ones. They're good folks, so they won't bite if you call.

Called them today........minimum of 2 weeks out. Sounds like they won't be quite the exceptional deal of the Saavy skid, but still an option. Thanks.
