Got my rear coilover towers in today. Need to do some patch work on the frame where my old bump cans were at. Also need to fill the tub in before welding the tower in.

Rear is done minus new brake lines.

This is whats left to do:

Drill pitman arm for #/4 bolt

                Trim front fenders

                Replace rear brake lines

                New front drive shaft

Adjust and tighten all control arm Joints

Go over and recheck all fasteners

                Add gear Fluid

So its getting really close to being finished

VKS Fab 14 bolt tone rings pressed on the hubs

                Rear all prettied up

                Rear full bump

                All buttoned up

The rear sits a tad high because I dont have the spare on at the moment and all my trail crap in the back

                        • Do you guys see an issue running a one inch wheel spacer on my 14 bolt to get it the same WMS as my front dana 60?

I used the longer dorman studs and they are 2 3/8 left from the WMS.

these are what I would run. I would knock the studs out that come with them and just slide them over the existing studs.

                          Thoughts?

                          • You can run those spacers no problem, I did for awhile.

                            • Why do you want spacers? When doing my build I remember reading that having a wider front axle was a good thing. Improved turn or something like that.
                              Check out .

                              • Yeah I know thats why the rear is narrower so the rear wheels follow the front better but I just thought that 4.25 was really narrow. Ill leave it be for now and see how goofy it looks
