Outdoor Logic takes on my 4Runner

The face of the bumper is 10guage....
The D ring welds to the face but then pops through the back of the face, and is then welded to the inner brace that mounts directly to the frame...
The inner part of the bumper is 3/8ths

Once I get my WJ here I need you guys to Fab up a front bumper for my 2002 Grand Cherokee and possibly a rear Bumper with a Tire Carrier also. Again Nice work!

Well I took the bumper off today to wire up the turn signals and replace all hardware with Grade 8 and loc-tite everything. I put the thing on a digital scale and it weighs in at 90lbs with the 4 inch lights and turn signals installed. Not to bad for a full top tube plate bumper.
