A few weeks ago Scott AKA Dr. Dirty had build me a GENRIGHT Style front bumper from my existing Smittybilt $99 dollar bumper and I think he did a heck of a job. Thanks!
The second part of this bumper build was to shorten the bumper by 4 total inches.
Re-weld the ends onto the bumper.
Then Weld the winch plate to the bumper.

After the first build notice the bumper extends into the tires:
Next we cut 2 inches on each side:
Then after welding the ends back on Scott welded up the rest of the bumper:
