Thanks. You should see it now. I added all the lighting and engine controls this weekend.

I'm very pleased with the console. I completed and lite it up this weekend. I'll try and get some shots.

The switch came from http://www.otrattw.net/. Quite a selection.

One of the many items on my to do list is to strip and repaint my Superwinch EPi9.0. This thing has really seen some abuse and it shows. Unfortunately they have since discontinued the manufacturing of this awesome winch.






I contacted Superwinch in hopes they might have some of the old stickers laying around. Well, I get home yesterday and found these in the mail box. No charge. Great costumer service. When and if this winch decides to give out it's a no brainer that I will be returning to Superwinch.

This good to know. I just went to use mine last weekend (stupid Ohio clay mud) and learned that it wasn't working. I've already replaced the motor once, so I guess it's time to upgrade. Everything you're doing looks sweet Chuck! I can't wait to see the final product this summer.

Went to check out the progress of the engine yesterday. Had a little hick up with Crane Cam loosing my first cam but we now have everything and the assembly has begun. I will get the engine next week.

Pistons are ready to be dropped in.





New balanced crank.



And the long awaited cam.


Nice increase on the lift over the stock cam.

I have the same winch and love it! Just for anyone else looking for a great winch, Superwinch doesn't carry these any more, but they just rebranded them anyways. They are still being manufactured and imported under the ComeUp brand name http://www.rokmen.com/all-products-1...5-rsi-489.html It is the exact same winch, just different colors and stickers.

Wiring is getting closer to being complete.

May not look like it but it's getting cleaner.


This mess was removed and...

...incorporated in to this.


I'm using Weather Pack and Deutsch connectors for the accessories and Metri-Pack 280 connectors for the Bussmann boards.

I like those weather-pack connectors. I used them for all of the connectors on my willys, they work nicely.

that sure is a bunch of wires to deal with!

Few more items off the list.

Brakes are sort of done. I finished but forgot to add tension relief to the front lines.:bonk:


Winch is complete. Just waiting on the terminal stud protectors and new line. I change my mind (once again) on the paint and decided to go flat black on the winch which turned in to flat black frame.





It may not look like it but I swear I'm making progress on the wiring. I'm at a point that I now need the engine.


Console is done.

Finally got the engine back in the Jeep. Now the real fun begins.
