Now that metal prices are coming down its time to look into pricing the material, I am pretty sure the radius on the corner is 3"

I thought the diameter was 6"?

Isn't it the same radius plus radius, is diameter in my book. Is what was thaught in high school and college as well as in machinist training

Yeah, diameter = 2 X radius... and there's no way that little corner has a 6" radius
