  • Stak 3 speed

Happy camper over here and had to share it. My stak 3 speed is coming in on or around the 19th I have been going back and forth with different TC's and decided on this unit. Everyone there at STaK has been pretty helpfull. I should be able to finally play with the big Boys.

Now Supe... I seem to remember an agreement we made where I would store that Stak under my Jeep for ya until you were ready to install it.

Congrats... I admit it... I'm jealous!

Hopefully everything goes smoothly, I will try to post pics during the install.

I think those things are awesome, Supe. I looked at them hard at the offroad show and thought if I ever needed a new TC that would be it. Seems to me the price was about the same as an Atlas. With my AT I really don't want 4:1 unless I could get something in between. STAK is cool!

I don't use my jeep enough to warrant it now, but 'ya never know.
            Anxious for your report.

I just grabbed my camera and put my keys on it so I don't walk outta here without it. We'll take some pics of Supe drooling all over this thing!

EDIT: This thing IS aluminum, right? So we don't have to worry about it rusting, right?

                      Supe,
Do the instructions (eh, you are going to read them right?) talk about the shifter modifications? Do you have to cut a larger hole in the floor board? See ya Saturday.

                        Dan,

Not sure yet. I am going to open her up here in a bit. From talking with them, though, I will have to modify it a little, both shifters and tub. See ya there!
