  • another new guy!

    hey all! My name's Art, I just purchased a 1998 wrangler sport and thought I'd check out some forums sites to find out more info. I live just outside Monticello, NY and mainly I'm looking for some trail riding in my area.

    here's a few shots of my jeep which I've dubbed the green machine:

    I am in Cali so I dont know of any trails out there ;(

          Welcome to MJR!

          We have a few east coasters here...hope they chime in soon

          The only place Ive heard of is Paragon Park. The places to play are few and far between back there

                Hello Art and welcome. My girlfriend and I are from New Jersey. She drives a 2001 TJ and I drive a 2003 GMC Pick up as our Daily Rides. but our weekend ride is our 1961 Willys CJ5. WELCOME TO MJR !!!!!! :shade:

                      Looks like before you found the stump you ramped the light post. Not what I would recommend doing if you wanna keep the wife's support.

                            actually the light post was already down before I got there. I was at a friend's house for a bbq and when I asked where I should park he said "over near the stump" so I replied with "how about on the stump" and low and behold that's where it ended up. I have no idea what happened to the light post though, but it did make for a funny picture.
