How or what is the correct line to get thru this?

Did everyone have this much trouble or was Critter just doing a differant line?
    Critter likes tough lines.
Actually, this is 'Gate Keeper' for the Doran run. While I was there, two TJ's tried it and failed. One, of which went from Showroom to junkyard in half a nano second. Three xj's made it right up. Santa's 4x, XJ Kevin (Right on Dude!!!), then a xj from Victor Valley 4 wheelers. Nice guy, I just dont remember his name. It was all worth the watching. T.V. has got nothing on just watching this action.

            I did drink to that....

Had a great time. Met some new faces, reunited with some favorites, ran over a few rocks. The event was great, and the trails really cool. that was the first time I've actually wheeled at Calico. It won't be the last. Didn't run Gatekeeper, the carnage was over the top. BUT, I will go do it. Can't let Kevin get away with that one
Pictures are at Photobucket, but I have a lot more to upload. The wireless connection here in Las Vegas is sucking, so I'll get them up as soon as I can. Enjoy what I've uploaded so far.

Can't wait for next year. Oh, Happy Birhtday again Brian. Glad El Patron was to your liking.

Hey Jewel, thanks. Does BFE ring a bell?

                Rat,

Gonna have to play my blonde card....have no clue of what "BFE" stands for.

However, you still owe me for the "fresh restrooms around the corner"!!! LMAO

                  Jewel,
You told me where you live, but when i drove by that exit, I saw nothing but scrub brush and rattlesnakes. BFE stands for Bum :censor: Egypt.

Thanks for the offer of the parking spot but I didn't need it. I just got to Las Vegas this afternoon.
Had a great time Sunday, enjoyed the company.

As for the restrooms, you name it.

                  See ya,
                  Kurt

LOL!!! I thought that's what you were referring to, but not sure! I know I'm in BFE....hopefully not for too much longer!

I'm gonna save that restroom card!!

Oh Yeah! Good times! I'm REALLY sad that I couldn't make it. I can't show these pics to Mr. Green: he'll cry. He had cosmetic surgery this weekend (new custom tube fenders!)

Hey Bob, looks like Joy did some driving?

We had a total of 10 rigs on Saturday’s mild run: Tom (Black & Tan TJ) and his daughter Cassidy, Doug (FishPOET), Jmmy (Jimmyrig), Allen (Swbooking), Matt (Materdaddy) and his wife Tiffany, Crash (Crash) and his wife Chris, Wayne (Old Skool K5) and his fiancée Brandy, Scott (dr.dirty) and his family, Mike (mywifesjeep) and his family and myself.

Crash’s red TJ, Doug’s (FishPOET) black XJ and Wayne’s (Old School K5) khaki TJ in camp:

We headed east from camp on Mule Canyon Cutoff; Matt (Materdaddy) waits for the rigs behind him to catch up.

After reaching Mule Canyon, we headed toward Kramer Arch. Jimmy’s (Jimmyrig) white Unlimited, Allen’s (Swbooking) black XJ:

Wayne's (Old School K5) khaki TJ; Tom (Black & Tan TJ) and Doug (FishPOET) are below

Cassidy, Chris, Tom and Crash explore a mine shaft just east of Kramer Arch

Wayne (Old School K5) at Kramer Arch

Crash's red TJ at Kramer Arch

                            Tom (Black & Tan TJ)

After Kramer Arch, we continued north on Phillips Drive and upper Odessa Canyon. Mike's (Mywifesjeep) on West Phillips Drive:

Jimmy's (Jimmyrig) unlimited and Allen's (Swbooking) XJ on upper Odessa Canyon

Wayne's (Old School K5) khaki TJ

Wayne's (Old School K5) khaki TJ and Crash's red TJ on Upper Odessa Canyon

                              Scott's (dr.dirty) green Unlimited

                              Mike's (Mywifesjeep) blue TJ

                              Tom (Black & Tan TJ)

Our goal was to get to the top of Calico Peak:

But a locked gate kept us from the top:

We continued to Bismark mine and stopped for lunch. This is the view of Yermo and Daggett from Bismarck mine:

                              Bismark mine

After lunch, we headed down Doran Canyon. I hadn’t been on Doran Canyon since last year’s IDTT, and it turned out to be more difficult than I expected, but everyone made it through. Everyone got a few new dents and scratches on the undersides; but AFAIK, the only visible damage was three smashed bumperettes (remember, we had stockers on this run). I was pretty busy spotting everyone through the rocks, so I didn’t take very many pictures.

Wayne (Old School K5), Jimmy (Jimmyrig), Allen (Swbooking), Scott (dr.dirty), Mike (Mywifesjeep) and Tom (Black & Tan TJ) on Doran Canyon:

If you don't like the way I drive, stay out of the bushes!
