CAMPING!!?? What's the temp up there now? I figured it'd be in the teens at night. Wife wants to camp but I didn't think it'd be feasable.

i will be planning to camp with anyone else doing the same, and will be prepared for mid-20's temperature at night. there is no snow predicted for the weekend.

i'd suggest the following gear for colder weather camping:

gloves
hat/balaclava
thick socks
lightweight long underwear
regular or insulated boots
layered clothing
30 degree min. sleeping bag
sleeping pad for comfort/insulation

shouldn't need a winter tent for these temps, sleeping bag and clothing does most of the work keeping you warm.

Im sure that JJ and Rat Patrol will be at the fire station till 9:20-9:30 for late show people unless we get lucky. At any rate, when we all meet at the trail head at 3N14 and 3N93 There will be a short drivers meeting and then....."WE ROCK"..... and remember.

mechanical problem

i'm having infinite problems with the nutserts which hold on my AT skid plate, and i can't get this fixed by tomorrow morning. no wheeling without a skid.

i will try to get up to BB in the afternoon and catch up with other runs later in the day as this should only take a few hours to resolve.
