  • Primedia JV Cleanup Day, 1/8/5, Johnson Valley

    http://primediaautomotive.com/johnson_valley_cleanup/

Sounds like good fun in the bright cold sun of the desert winter. It may not be as awe-inspiring as SEMA 2004 or the Off-Road Expo, but I think I might go.

    Anybody else?

wow, that date looks weird. 1/8/5. LOL
Anyway, it's close enough to us, unless something comes up we can probably make it.

          sounds like fun. kinda.

If nothing else it's seems like a great way to make brownie points with the "rock gods".

                OK it's on the calendar

Is there anyplace decent to camp out that ways? We may go the afternoon before and try to setup our trailer. Hookups not necessary.

there is a huge lakebed. nice and flat. stay away from the fir pits with your rig. people like to burn pallates out there, and there are 10,000,000 nails by the fire pits.

Is anyone still going to this? We are still considering it ... maybe we can meet up in Apple Valley and drive out together.

I am still planning on it. Dont know if I want to drive to Apple Valley just to drive back to JV but you never know.

Where were you wanting to meet up at?

Other stuff has come up and I don't think we'll be able to make it. Will post back with changes, if any.

Judging by the weather, I am not going to go. Cold I can deal with but not wet and cold.

Weather and work conspire against me to prevent me from attending this also.
