    MMMM BBQ Snake cooked with wild sage. What would be good with that is some ant larva. Not too bad once you get past the "their bugs" part.

      If you want to know how to start a fire in the wilderness you HAVE to know the rod and bow technique. Flint and steel, batteries and steel wool, all those are fine but what IF you don't have any of that store bought stuff? Not as easy as they make it seem on tv but it is a very good method and rarely lets me down.

        Ive never been taught the bow technique. Read about it and understand it is about as far as I go.
