  • Los Coyotes 6/27

Dukes, Nailer, Mikey the Fireman, along with Joe Dillard.I had a good time up at Los Coyotes today.

It was great to meet you Joe

Chris and Erik tried to drive up Tobaggon :p with no luck...but alot of laughs and "uncomfortable feelings."

On the way out, Erik tried to pass Chris on the left, and lucky that he did, because at that VERY moment, Chris dumped his Jeep, right into Eriks Thankyou Erik for saving Chris' sorry butt. He stopped him from rolling....pics coming soon

Joes YJ started having some fuel line problems...he managed to get it out to the main road, but Chris had to tow him out to the campground. We hope that everythings ok. We're glad that he trailered it there

We had bunches of fun...looking forward to doing it again soon

    Rubicon here we come!

this was sure a fun run! there were a few interesting moments out there. it was great to see everyone again
sorry you were having jeep trouble joe.
the highlight has to be when chris's jeep thought it needed to mount mine
i forgot my camera so i have no pictures  so it looks like we are going to have to count on the others pics
well what happened was, chris was just sitting there, seemingly frozen, so i pulled up along side of him on the left to see what was going on, and he said "this just doesnt feel comfortable". i said, "i'll just go along side of you so you can roll on top of me".... well, that is just what happened the rear passenger tire got more than 4' of air as his rig mounted mine... then there was the typical frantic cb chatter, and the nervous people running all around. damn good fun!

                          When was that pic taken?

I think the trail has changed a bit. It was near impossible...of course, that didnt stop the guys from trying

That looks a bit nearer to the top, they didnt get that far. The trail wall was too slick to get a tire hold on the sidewalls. They kept slipping off.

The uncomfortable feelings came from getting the front tires too far off the ground...near the point of rolling over backwards...head over heels.

Do you have more? Id like to see more pics of it

01 I think, although, every time I've been there, I always hear the same thing, Oh, it's much more torn up than the last time we were here.

So, truthfully, I don't know if I could make it again, but I did it once and that's more than most can say.

Blaine, judging from your pic, it seems to be way more dug out. I wouldnt say impossible, but way more difficult!
