Hopefully it wont be too crowded out there but with Mike you guys are sure to get the best of the best terrain!
How many FJ's & trucks are going to go through HD?

As far as I'm concerned any adventure is better than work, so I hope to see you all on the trail soon.

looking like 6 no FJ's that I know of though so that should speed things along. took us 3 hours for three trucks on hammer down last time so I expect 8-9 for 6 lol.

Got my fingers crossed for a beautiful day!

Well the run is getting close - checked the weather and it looks like 65 degrees and 7mph wind - sounds perfect to me. The plan is still to do Cakewalk - I haven't run this is quite awhile. There will be a couple added sections this time.

Hey folks, I'm unfortunately out for this run. I ended up spending a bit much in Vegas last weekend so we'll be staying home. I hope to see everyone soon! Maybe I'll take this time to clean the Jeep up a bit

I'd like to join in. I'm coming out from AZ on tomorrow and meeting up with another board member (50YJ - Sergio). His jeep is down but we would be coming in mine.

Jeep specs - 91-YJ SOA on 35's 4.56 and lockers front and rear.

I am going to tow my little yellow jeep up there Saturday morning and try to pitch a tent somewhere near to where Roger camped last November. Head home sometime Sunday.
We had a great time last time and are looking forward to this weekend!!

Well, change of plans for me.
I need to be home Saturday night so I'm scrapping the camping out this time.
Didn't I read somewhere here that Valero is okay with MJR tow vehicles parked there during the day of a run?
Or is there a better spot to park it? Near the trail head I guess?

The best thing is to meet us at Hwy 247 & Camp Rock - from there we'll go up Cambria into the rock area and you can park there. It's an open camping area and there should be campers all through the area.
