Trail Discussion: Desert Splash

Any of you guys done the Desert Splash, and what did you think of it?

Desert Splash is a bit of a drive, but it's worth it. The Parker/Havasu area has some great trails. You wind through canyons that look like volcanic rock but be careful - there are very technical sections and that type of rock loves to shred sheetmetal. Well worth the trip!

I went a couple of years ago and had a great time. I would go again if there were no scheduling conflicts.

Looks great. I don't have a buggy tho. How is it for full bodied TJ's, with shelf bought long arm kits, and low gears?

Most of the rigs there are full bodied TJs & CJs. All of the trails require a highway drive to the trailhead so the more streetable your rig, the better. The trails are perfect for long arm suspension & low gears.
