I had a call from Roger asking if I would join him and his son Jeff on a little putt around the desert on Saturday. It snowed really nice on the trip to Lucerne and stopped and cleared as I pulled into the Valero Station to meet them. We had no plans so we headed out to Camp Rock Road and aired down. The weather went from Sunny to snowing to rain and mud and back to snow again. We explored trails and canyons that we had always seemed to skip ion prior trips. We also hit a couple of the normal spots so Jeff could see the sights. All in all an absolutely beautiful day! Thanks Roger and Jeff for the call.

A cool side trail (thats what Roger called it) to a short mine tunnel and prospect

Another canyon to nowhere, so much fun!

A cool snowy canyon heading to Joker Springs
Sun trying to peek out at the end on the day
More rain and snow heading home
