How many miles is the trail and how long did it take you guys to get to the lake?

It is about 4 miles one way to Coyote Lake from the Sand Flat staging area. The staging area is probably 5 or 6 miles of easy dirt roads from the paved state road 168.

Cool! You with lockers, dang, you'll be running solo on the Hammers. Did it seem to you like everyone had huge tires on this trail? I have 33s and I felt like I was on rollerskate wheels compared to everyone else!
