Some of my pics (Pt. 3)

Chuck heading down to the Rubicon Bridge:

      On the Bridge:

      Rubicon Springs:

Now THIS is the good life!:

Did I really want to know that there is a graveyard at the base of Cadillac Hill?:

Mr. Green twisting up the Hill:

      Kurt climbing Cadillac Hill:

      Self Portrait at Observation Point:

      Lilly Lake:

      But WAIT! There's more!

We stayed in Lake Tahoe for a night before we took US 395 home and what a beautiful ending that made for the trip. There are lots of things to see and explore along the highway. Someday I need to plan a trip to just take in everything along the way.

      Lake Tahoe:

      Mountain views:

      Mono Lake:

Tufas as a storm rolls in:

      More mountain views:

and Fossil Falls on an overcast day:

He was planning to give it a try on the way back. Originally we were going to run the trail in both directions. Since we changed our minds, he didn't get the chance.

Wow- looks like we had a few groups up there that weekend!
How in the heck did we miss you??? Our group was on the trail from Thurs to Monday.
                Thanks for the pics!
"Hundy Mark" and all you other guys had me take action. I was talking to a couple of the "rebel chapter" guys and it is FOR SURE. Around end of september several of us will be going to the Rubicon also. Once I know the dates next month I will post in case anyone else wants to go. Great pics guys I am so jealous of all of you that I am going to go.....MATT

Is there an easier trail? Or only one is difficult?

                      Video Part 1

Well this is my first video using You Tube and what a pain. I spent the past two days trying to upload my video but they kept muting my sound track because of copyright issues. Sure would be nice if they told you that before you waited 3 hours each time to upload. I ended up using their music. Not quite the same. Actually pretty disappointed. I had some cool music and audio from the trip that I worked pretty hard on. I actually used two songs from their play list and it was still blocked. If anyone one knows how to get around it please let me know. Rant over.

                      Hope you enjoy it.

                      Part 2 is almost done.

                                Hey Chuck,

I really enjoyed the video. Maybe someday we can see it as you intended with the correct soundtrack.

The video looks pretty smooth. What do you use to mount the camera to in the Jeep?

I look forward to Part 2.
