Veteran's Day Big Bear Run 11/11/08

Roger I did that trail in my F150 a few years ago. I was an easy trail then. Ties into Clark Summit Trail as well as looping back towards the lake. Should have the Jeep back by the. Broke the main leaf on the rear spring. Been on the jeep for 9-10 years and with the type of wheeling I do,I guess I've got plenty of life out of them. It is a 2-1/2 hour drive for me so don't start too early.

I drove with Roger to Big Bear today to check out the trail and the weather was incredible! We were in t-shirts by 10am and you could see for miles. Hope that I'll make this casual fun run on Tuesday.

Nipple Twister, Hope you can make it. You need to fill in your info stuff to just remind us (John from HB?). Roger and I ran the rest of the day in the Jeeps that will be on a different write up, but it was a great day in the mountains for sure.

You bet it is... Put the hardtop back on it a few weeks ago to keep warm...

Considering that I am now unemployed, there is an industry meeting Tuesday in Pico Rivera that I must attend (Lots of contacts), and I need to leave Hesperia by 4:00pm. So I might try to come up for a couple of hours but would need to leave Big Bear by 2:00pm. If I don't break anything today I should make it in the morning for a couple of hours.
