Miller Trail
Got to camp ground late. Unloaded Jeep from Trailer and and set off for Lockwood.
Finally caught up with one of the groups as they were leaving the lunch stop. I stop for lunch and had a chat with Tomb Raider. He went one way and I the other. I made it back to camp without any problems. Day was plesant and there was a cool breeze. Stayed long enough to try one of Ricks famous hamburgers. Had to leave eary as my 85 year young passanger wanted to get home. We had a 3-1/2 hour plus drive.
Great appreciation day event Gen-rite.

Thanks to everyone at GenRight for putting on such a cool event Had a great day and night of wheelin' and one of Rick's burgers this time (I know it's supposed to be "wieners for wheelers" and all, but the burger hit the spot). Although my # didn't come up, GenRight put together a really cool raffle on top of everything else, it was really cool to see the generosity that GenRight offered to the wheelin' community. That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.

I had a great time out there. Here's a couple camera-phone pics and videos. They are VERY rough. I was driving and all.

I couldn't stick around for Saturday, but took a group of Jeeps on a night run on Miller Friday. Got to the trail head at 7ish and got to the air up spot at Bear valley road at 2AM. Went tearing through Genright's camp about 2AM. Long night but a way cool run. Stuart (Jeep Virgin), RalleyX (Jeff and Robin), Russ Chung, and Nori and his freinds joined me. I got a few pics and I know others were taking pics, but mine are still in the camera. Shot some video on Yellow Jacket but none of it came out (we tried Robin). Yellow Jacket was the best part; it's so grown over that at one point someone asked if we were even on a trail. Nori's freinds boy said it was like riding through a car wash. It was completely grown over in places so the trees and bushes were completely concealing the trail. Still quite a bit of water back there. Definitely a great place to run at night.
The rest of the trail was uneventful. I got home at 4:30AM. Beat like a red-headed step child but man was that fun.Resistance Off Road

Great pictures, sorry I had to miss this event but my Jeep is still out of commission and I am trying to settle with the insurance company! It's been a real learning experience trying to deal with insurance on thousands of dollars in aftermarket upgrades, seems to be a problem for a lot of insurance companies who don't like highly modified vehicles.Last edited by guardian7; 07-13-08, 06:36 PM.2006 TJ, 4"Full Traction Ultimate, SYE, CV, 35" MTR's on Champion Beadlocks, WARN 9.5Ti

I want to thank everybody who showed up and make our get together a success. This wasnt just to promote GenRight but was to get together with our customers and dealers and have some fun.
I am glad that all of you enjoyed my MEAT! and the Weiners for Wheelers campaign will go on.
We will instill the nightly movies at Oakley Theatre as a fixture for our runs as it was a success for the families who came out. We still might do the Spectra Vision but only after 12:00pm
I really enjoyed meeting all of you and we are doing this again.
Here is a link to my photos for the weekend.
