      Yep, I stayed upright.

But Brian didn't get a pic of the impressive thing he did.

He got a good sized rock stuck on top of his rear wheel! Yep, on top of his tire. The guys had to pry it off the top of the tire. Scraped his fender flare just a little getting it out of there. You will have to ask Brian how you do that one.

Brian gets the Jeep Trick of the Day award.

It was a nice day out.

actually, now that I've had a chance to check it out in the daylight, there's quite a bit more damage than that. the day's of no body damage are over for me. pics to come when i take of the flare to try and straighten what i can.

Sorry to hear that. You spoke too soon when you said the mods were nearly paid for. Ah well, it's a Jeep. At least it's nothing that will affect it's performance...or looks.

well, here it is after I straightened it. basically both ends of the wheel well were folded over. some paint flaked off. there's a nice ripple at the edge of the rocker that i can't get out. here's a crappy pic.

I'm with you Tam's! I'm bummed also. I wished I would have gone. Oh well. I won't be able to go on New Year's Day either.

It won't affect performance or looks. Nothing that you have to spend a small fortune on.

But I must agree, hurts when you lose paint and the metal ain't straight.

Some of us like a nice looking Jeep as well as a functional Jeep.

Remember what I said about my perfect man? Goes on the trail and gets dirty, but can take a shower and slip into evening gear. John Wayne to James Bond without missing a beat. Same with my Jeep. A bath, some Armour All and it's ready to pull up in front of any club.

Don't worry about it Brian. It's just a little trail scar. Nothing that has to be replaced to return the Jeep to functional.

Separates your Jeep from the built up mall Jeeps (like my neighbor) and the calendar queens.

It just shows you've been there, done that, got the dent and left.
