Hey Vern, I heard from 50yj and he asked that I coordinate the run. I'm sure that we can work out the time. What time and place is good for you to meet? Since you are coming up from the south, you are probably better off meeting at some known point like Four Corners, right? If so, what time is good for you?

I'm all in for the bottom to the top run! Been itchin' to do that.

Ediot, hope that you can make it. Looking forward to meeting you.

That's for coordinating the run Malachi. What's the major difference between running bronco peak bottom to top than top to bottom?
If you don't like the way I drive, stay off of Kurts foot!

In the rain or dry? prob some broken axels in the rain ....dry lots of dust

The trail is not that long to run. For those coming in from the LA area I would say 10:00am meet at 4 corners

Rain may count me out...I'm sporting a rag top...but I dont think that rain will be much , Its to late in the year. Last time that trail was wet we broke a d60 ax...but we asked fer that.

going up on that trail when its wet sure is fun.....

Maybe some other folk pokin in fer this run.

                        Kurt,
When Carl broke that ax in DC, another rig that was with Erik , Brian and me sung back around. The pic I sent showed 3 rigs , you were spooled out , Carl broken up and Bob coming up from the back. He may show also...

Sounds great Vern. I'm topless, so if it rains I'll be getting wet. But that's cool, I've water proofed the Jeep... Yeah right

                              I might show.
fwiw... consider doing Gunslinger to the Bronco Peak Trail & then head down towards the campground. There is a fun v-notch & other stuff. Have lunch in the campground & then do Bronco Peak West to East.
                              You get the whole enchilada!

                                Haha... you'll melt & I'll short curcuit.
btw - it's not really a moderate trail run west to east & you will need a forest service pass.
