  • woohoo.. 150,000 privately held acres for ME

    i just got a side job working as an archaeological consultant for an environmental survey company for acreage that's under possible development.. so i get access to a lot of land that's jeep accessible in southern ohio.. central/east ky and western west virginia yay mee.. now i just need a new gps to map the locations i find.

    garmin 60CS anyone?

      At least, there are places to go four wheeling in that part of OHIO. Where I grew up there's NOTHING!!!! I grew up in southwestern part. Have a great time!!!

        Can you hunt on the land also? Perhaps you could "accidentally" drop some Bio-Logic and salt licks somewhere in the middle of that land...

        The rut is coming up soon...

                          The Missus is getting her Hunter Safety Certificate this weekend. I think we would both like to participate in a piggy hunt. Please include us if you have room in the party!

                            In Kauai we hunted wild pig/boars with bows. One guy just used his 6 dogs and a knife

                              i have seen them hunted like that in florida. a couple of pit bulls, and a knife to slit its throat.
                              i have hunted a bit in paso robles, and got one pig.
                              it is really difficult on blm land. it is best if you know someone like alex, here with a bunch of land to hunt on
                              san louis obispo county has a lot of them, as does paso robles, and i am even told there are a lot of hogs in riverside, in the pedley area.
