I would love to go back. I lived there for 5 years when I was a kid. My dad was stationed in Anchorage in the Air Force. I left there after my freshman year in HS from Bartlett High. Oh the memories. We got to see a lot of great places up there. We fished our butts off every summer and had a blast camping. A great place to grow up especially if you can stand the cold and love snow. The Summer is Awesome!
My wife, kids and her family are taking a cruise up there in July but I opted to not go. I couldn't stand the thought of being stuck on a boat that long. If I go back, I want to be on the ground running around in a Jeep to see the sights. the thought of it is killing me....
